You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of discovering and reviewing UK nightclubs. You must not:

Interfere with or disrupt the Platform (including using bots, scraping, or automated tools).

We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the Platform.

All content on this site (except user-submitted reviews) including logos, design, graphics, and text is the property of Club Culture and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

6. Liability Disclaimer & Limitation

Reviews and comments reflect the opinions of users, not of Club Culture.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of user-submitted content.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Club Culture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or reputation arising from your use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Culture shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. We are not responsible for user-submitted reviews or for decisions you make based on them. Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018.
